Greetings All: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I sincerely hope all of you had a great holiday season.

As 2020 wraps up and we begin a new year, it’s always a good time to reflect on the last 12 months.

First, I’ll jump on the bandwagon and trash 2020.

What a train wreck, dumpster fire, disaster, pick one.

No question, we have had tons of challenges and tragedies this year. More than any other year? Arguably so.

The optimist in me causes me to look for the bright spots and the opportunities to do better next year.

I’m extremely proud of my co-workers and the things we accomplished this year. So many cool projects and success stories that many haven’t even heard of.

(myself included) We have hired some great people this year and we are glad they are on the team.

I’m proud to say that we welcomed a new granddaughter into this world in 2020, truly a blessing!

2020 was a year of disruption!

Disruption forces us to rethink how and why we do what we do. Usually with a positive outcome.

Like us, I’m sure many of you are working on new initiatives and projects to reinvent yourself in this new age. The toughest part is execution and bringing them across the finish line.

Hopefully, your personal lives have experienced more positives than negatives.

The best part is we are still here and in the game.

2021 looks very promising, again, no shortage of challenges or opportunities.

I wish you all the best this next year

Till next month.

Best Regards,

Rick Lindemann
