Happy Holiday’s to all!

I hope everyone had a joyful time over the Thanksgiving Holiday. December has always been my favorite time of year. For me it signifies a time to come together, celebrate, and reflect on the year it has been. In business it can be a difficult month to navigate. It seems business always slows down for the beginning of the month then busy again when everyone is on vacation. December is also a month for strategic planning for the following year. Many of the members have expressed that 2021 was a good year for business with unique hurdles to overcome that have not been seen in previous years.

This year my Christmas wish is for all ESA members to have a New Year full of growth, great employees, and a less strained supply chain.
